1 lb. Chicken breast tenders, cut in 1-inch pieces
1 Tbsp oil
1 Red or green bell pepper
1 tsp. Chilli powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 bottle garden tomato sauce (spaghetti sauce)
Ready-made pizza dough
Salsa, guacamole or sour cream (toppings)
Heat oven to 400°. Take Skillet and add oil. Put chicken, onion, peppers, salt and chili powder in skillet. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes at medium-high temperature. Set pizza dough in a 12-inch pan (ungreased). Spread tomato sauce on dough. Add chicken mixture and bake 12 to 15 minutes.
Tip: Sprinkle Parmesan over chicken.
